Moving forward again after 4 unproductive weeks

Do you know what the most unproductive weeks ever look like?

Hopefully for you, not. And that’s why I’m sharing this today.

Lately, I’ve been close to burnout again.

I felt stuck, wrong, and lost.

Focusing was challenging, and I spent hours scrolling on social networks because of cheap dopamine.

Luckily, things turned around, and I’m finally happy again 🙏

But let me explain how.

👇

Until June, my goals were razor-sharp: launching two SaaS.

Each one was either a 0 or 1 task.

Done or not done.

And I did it.

I launched both Alohi and BlackTwist successfully.

Yet, these last four weeks have been a nightmare.

There was too much on my plate—self-pressures, worries, and an endless list of tasks.

It’s been like a backlash after pushing for months.

One thing was sure—I did not want to burn out.

I needed clarity back.

So, I struck out my to-do list altogether.

Wiped out, as you can see.

And I restarted my journaling habit again after two months.

The result?

Hell of a productive week with renewed motivation! 📈

Two simple activities that combined felt like fresh water after a long run 💦

If you are in a rut, too, give it a try.

It could be the summer.

It could be everything that’s on your plate.

But it’s incredible how stepping back made me move forward again.

So this is my little nudge if you’re struggling right now.

Do what it takes. Restart.

And think about what you can do right now.

“Worrying about the future makes us unable to focus on the present.”
