This year stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.
I got a job, reached new heights with my apps, but I’m still recovering from everything that happened along the way.
And as we head into 2026, it’s clear that I can’t just “do more” if I want to grow further.
Doing more means burning out.
I need better boundaries. I need more focus and fewer “yeses,” fewer commitments.
This also means automating draining tasks and protecting my alone time.
Saying no won’t be easy (my people-pleasing side will hate it), but it’s necessary.
For now, I’m (trying to) going offline from social media for the next 24β72 hours to prepare for the end-of-year dinner and properly close this chapter.
Let’s see what the next few months will bring.
Happy New Year, friends!
See you in 2026.
My 2025 goals
β οΈ “Be at peace with myself, calm and balanced” β Q4 has been a real disaster, lol
π« “Launch 3 new projects” β ended up taking a full-time, paid collab instead
β “Hire 2 people to scale/delegate/grow”
π« “Grow @blacktwistapp to $5k MRR” β only reached half of it
π« “Sell 1 app for five figures” β very ambitious π
π« “30 days hiking, in total” β started strong but stopped midway
β Get back to traveling
Not my perfect scorecard but progress, at leastΒ π
