It ain’t a path for the faint-hearted

3 am.

The phone lights up.

“Hey. Is everything okay? I didn’t hear from you in the last 72 hours!“

My mom couldn’t sleep. She was worried about my radio silence.

“Hey mom, yeah, I’ve been busy…“

Meanwhile, an email from a few hours earlier keeps me wide awake…

“How can I cancel my subscription? Your service is great, but I don’t need it anymore.“

My heart’s broken.

Is there anything worse than watching customers slip away, knowing your product is solid?

If they were unhappy, I’d have a plan for improvements, but this?

It leaves me feeling… helpless.

I was riding high when we approached $700 MRR, only to plummet back to $600.

The sleepless nights keep piling up, and I wonder if this is what it means to be an entrepreneur.

Maybe it’s just part of the game…

But it’s definitely not a path for the faint-hearted 😅
